We grant you a limited, non-exclusive permission to access this site for personal shopping purposes. Using the site or its content for commercial purposes, scraping, or resale without our written consent is not allowed. Each customer may register only one account and is responsible for keeping their login credentials secure.

3. Orders

We reserve the right to accept, limit or refuse any order — for example when stock, pricing or fraud-screening issues arise. Orders can only be changed or cancelled while they are still in processing; once shipped, our Return & Refund Policy and your statutory withdrawal right apply. If a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full.

4. Pricing and Currency

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include statutory German VAT (MwSt.) where applicable. When currency conversion is displayed for convenience, exchange rates are indicative and may not be updated in real time on every page.

5. User Content and Reviews

By submitting reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you grant Veltron a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, edit and publish that content in our channels, together with the name you submit. Do not post content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, layout and code — belongs to Veltron or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission. If you believe material on this site infringes your intellectual property, contact us with identification of the work, the location of the material and your contact details so we can review it.

7. Conduct

We are committed to respectful service and expect the same from customers. Abusive, threatening or fraudulent behavior may lead to refusal of service and account termination.

8. Consumer Rights, Disclaimer and Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under EU and German consumer law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal and the 2-year statutory warranty. Beyond mandatory law, Veltron is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or products, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product that gave rise to the claim. Liability for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health remains unlimited as required by law.

9. Termination, Changes and Applicable Law

We may suspend or terminate access to the site for violation of these terms, and may update these Terms of Service periodically; the version published on this page applies from its posting date. These terms are governed by German law; for consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
