Payment Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods at checkout:

• Visa, Mastercard and American Express
• Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
• PayPal
• Klarna — pay later or in installments, see our Klarna Financing page

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and include statutory German VAT (MwSt.) where applicable. The exact methods available are shown at checkout.

Fraud Protection

To protect our customers, our payment system automatically screens transactions and may decline a card payment it considers unusual. If your card is declined:

1. Contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the purchase and try again;
2. Try a different credit or debit card;
3. Or select PayPal at checkout — you can pay with a card through PayPal as a guest, no PayPal account needed.

Billing

Your payment method is charged when the order is placed (for Klarna, per the plan you select). Orders are processed for shipment within our standard handling time — see the Shipping Policy for details.
