Your Statutory Rights

Under EU and German consumer law you benefit from a statutory 2-year warranty (gesetzliche Gewährleistung) covering defects that existed at delivery. The voluntary manufacturer warranty below is provided in addition to those rights and never limits them.

Manufacturer Warranty Overview

Every Veltron e-bike is additionally covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Coverage begins on the original purchase date and requires proof of purchase from our store.

Manufacturer Warranty Periods

Frame: 12 months for the original owner.
Battery: 12 months or 300 charge cycles, whichever comes first, with guaranteed retention of at least 70% capacity in that period.
Electrical components (motor, controller, LCD display, sensors, wiring): 6–12 months depending on the component.
Mechanical components (brakes, pedals, handlebar, drivetrain, rims, hubs): 3–12 months depending on the component.
Subsequent owners: 60 days of coverage counted from the original purchase date (battery coverage follows its own terms above).

What Is Covered

Manufacturing defects that appear during normal riding — including motor, controller, display, drivetrain, rims and hubs. At our discretion, we will repair the item or replace it with an equivalent part, with replacement parts shipped free of charge within Germany.

What Is Not Covered

Crash, collision or impact damage.
Unauthorized modifications or third-party components.
Corrosion, water immersion or storage in unsuitable conditions.
Neglect, lack of maintenance or improper assembly.
Normal wear of consumables (tires, brake pads, chains, grips).

How to Make a Claim

Email helpme@veltronbikes.de with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a short description.
Our technicians confirm the diagnosis and coverage.
We ship the repair part or arrange replacement, free of charge for covered claims.
